Dawn Architecture embraces a focus on smart, sustainable design and a focus on client outcomes. Providing an intentional and empathetic design approach aimed at cultivating a feeling of lucidity and enduring appeal, skillfully harmonising daring form creation with nuanced adjustments.
Tim Birnie established Dawn Architecture in 2023 forming the basis of a new stage in his career following almost twenty years working across architecture, engineering, and design. His work has included notable commercial projects, new homes, alterations and additions, personal commissions, art and commercial projects.
Tim’s background in engineering and architecture provides a multi-disciplinary approach to his projects allowing Dawn Architecture to embrace a client centric style and explore more challenging and unique projects.
